Blossom has many years of professional experience, leading organizations in the areas of cybersecurity, digital transformation,and enterprise modernization. She captures audiences with an optimistic message that challenges them to be innovative and implement a growth mindset.
Blossom earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland. She has a second Masters in global leadership from Georgetown University, and completed an executive program on the Intersection of Cybersecurity and Policy from Harvard University. Blossom began her career with Lockheed Martin and worked as an Aeronautical Engineer for about ten years. During that time she worked on a program called, Introduce a girl to Engineering, enlightening students about various paths in STEM. She also consulted for both public sector and commercial organizations challenging them to drive sales by focusing on their objective and key results.
